Stroller and Scooter Rentals
Scooters and Stroller rentals through Disney are only available in the parks. You cannot use Disney scooters to get from the hotel to the fireworks party. Stroller rentals in the parks are extremely convenient if you are able to manage getting there without them.
There are several companies offering rentals delivered to the hotel to make your experience more comfortable.

Getting To The Parks Is Easy
The Friendship Boats located on the lake in front of our hotels will take you to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The walk to the boat dock is about .3 miles from the Swan Reserve and .2 miles from the Dolphin.
Disney busses pick up at both the Swan Reserve and Dolphin hotels, providing transportation to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs (Disney’s shopping district).
The Swan Reserve, Dolphin, and Swan are host to many restaurants and there are even more located within walking distance along Disney’s Boardwalk. Reservations can be made in the Disney app. Contact us if you don’t find something you want as we may be able to help. Some of our favorites include:

Amare (Swan Reserve) Mediteranian

Tips for Multi/Single LL
You can purchase what used to be called Fast Pass (now called lighning lane multi-pass) 7 days before your stay when staying at a Disney resort.
You can select 3 attractions in advance of your stay using the multilane pass. The most popular rides are not included and a seperate single ride pass can be purchased for those. A list of multi/single pass attractions can be found here https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/lightning-lane-passes/
Learn more about using Lightning Lanes by watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMsD9tasz-Q
Make sure all individuals in your party are on your room reservation prior to purchasing. If the room is only under the adults you will not be able to purchase for your kids at that 7 day point.
If you plan on riding attractions with a larger party make sure to link those people by clicking here https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/profile/family-friends.
Remember dining reservations always take precedence over lightning lanes. Go to your dining and a cast member will be able to adjust your lightning lane afterwards if necessary.

Location information will be sent via the WhatsApp group.
Parents of Sadie’s Friends
Friday - you can drop your child at International Gateway or directly at Terrace de Fleur if you do have a park ticket.
Saturday’s party is slated to end at 10pm. We may continue the party at Stir on the second level. We will alert everyone via the WhatsApp group.
To get from MCO to the hotel we suggest using Uber or Lyft or Mears transportation.
Be aware that when using Mears to return to the airport, they require an extremely early departure time from the hotel for a domestic flight. We typically give them a info for a later flight to avoid sitting in the airport for hours. Mears transportation starts at $30 for their shuttle service and goes up for express and private rides.
For park planning or assistance with dining reservations please do not hesitate to reach out to Jessica.
